Return to shopAfter placing an order with Pote Masala for purchasing Products, Pote Masala shall confirm the items that can be
supplied along with the total amount payable. All prices and charges will be in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable
Goods and Services Tax (GST), wherever applicable, shall be charged in accordance with prevailing regulations.
Pote Masala shall charge a delivery fee of INR 60/- per transaction for orders valued below INR 999/-. The applicable delivery fee shall be determined based on the delivery location.
Orders with a transaction value of INR 999/- or above may be eligible for free delivery, subject to the applicable
delivery terms and serviceable locations.
The final amount payable, including applicable product prices, taxes, and delivery charges, will be displayed or
communicated to the Buyer before the order is processed.
The Website may provide links or options to third-party payment applications installed on your mobile device to
facilitate online payments. Where applicable, payment transaction identification details may be recorded or made
available for future reference.
Since payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, or online payment applications,
Pote Masala shall not be responsible for payment failures or losses arising from issues beyond its reasonable
control, including insufficient funds, exceeded credit limits, bank restrictions, payment gateway failures, or lack of
transaction authorization.
The Buyer may select from the available delivery options and time slots while placing an order, where such options
are provided. For orders paid online, the Buyer is responsible for completing the payment in sufficient time to
enable Pote Masala to process and dispatch the order.
Subject to applicable laws, serviceability, product availability, and other applicable restrictions, Pote Masala
generally aims to dispatch and deliver Products within the estimated delivery period communicated at the time of
ordering.
The Products are expected to be delivered within approximately 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
However, delivery timelines may vary due to:
• Delay in payment confirmation
• Product availability
• Courier or logistics delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Transportation disruptions
• Serviceability limitations
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond Pote Masala’s reasonable control
Pote Masala shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the Products upon delivery and confirming that the Products correspond to
the order placed.
For Products delivered through third-party logistics or courier partners, the Buyer should check that:
• The Products are within their expiry date.
• The packaging is intact.
• The Products have not been tampered with.
• The Products do not appear to have been damaged during transit.
If you receive a product that appears damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please contact Pote Masala as soon
as possible using the contact details provided below.
If an order contains multiple Products, Pote Masala may fulfil the order based on product availability and stock.
Products in the same order may not necessarily be delivered simultaneously and may be shipped or delivered
separately.
Where applicable, Pote Masala may communicate the availability and expected delivery schedule of the Products
to the Buyer.
The estimated delivery date will be displayed or communicated to the Buyer before or during the order process,
wherever applicable.
The Products will generally be delivered within:
Minimum: 3-4 business days
Maximum: 7-8 business days
Actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, courier service, and other
circumstances.
