Cancellation and Return Policy

Once your order has been delivered and accepted by you as accurate and in accordance with your order, no
exchange or refund will be applicable.

Changes and Cancellation

Any additions, specification changes, or quantity changes to an accepted order may be modified in the order
details, subject to the order status.
All sales are final. However, order cancellations and quantity changes may be requested before the order is
shipped.
Pote Masala reserves the right to cancel an accepted order before shipment if there is an issue with the selected
payment method, payment authorization, credit approval, product availability, or any other circumstance that
prevents us from processing the order.
If you have accidentally placed an order for the same product more than once and wish to request a refund for the
duplicate transaction, you must inform Pote Masala within 2 days by email or phone.
For such duplicate-order cancellations, applicable courier or return shipping charges may be borne by the
customer, and a 10% cancellation/processing charge may be applicable. Any eligible refund will generally be
processed within 7–8 working days, subject to applicable bank or payment-provider processing times.
If Pote Masala suspects a fraudulent transaction, unauthorized activity, misuse of the Website, or a transaction that
violates our Terms of Use, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellation

Pote Masala may cancel part or all of an order initiated by the Buyer, whether or not the order has been confirmed
or payment has been made, in circumstances including but not limited to:
• Information, instructions, or authorizations provided by the Buyer are incomplete or insufficient to process the
order.
• The ordered product is unavailable or out of stock.
• The transaction cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond Pote Masala’s reasonable control.
• Pote Masala is temporarily closed or unable to fulfil or deliver the order for any reason.
• The Buyer has not completed the required payment before delivery or pickup, where applicable.
• Any other circumstance that prevents Pote Masala from safely or reasonably fulfilling the order.
If an order is cancelled by Pote Masala after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed
through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider timelines and any applicable
deductions permitted under this Policy.

Discounts and Promotional Benefits

If the Buyer has used a discount coupon, promotional code, cashback, or any similar promotional benefit in
connection with an order that is subsequently cancelled, the restoration or reissuance of such promotional benefits
will be entirely at the discretion of Pote Masala and may be subject to the applicable terms of the promotion.
